Do I have to be home at the time of service?

No need to be home! When you schedule us, choose Credit/Debit card as your payment method, and we'll send a link for you to upload that information in advance. We don't charge until after the time of service. Just be sure your cans are empty and out by 9AM the day of your appointment.

How are your services eco-friendly?

We bring our own clean water and capture the wastewater in our tank. No mess in front of your home! We use high-pressure heated water and an eco-friendly sanitizer/deodorizer to clean your bins. Eco friendly cleansers are available for the toughest grime.

Absolutely. Our high-pressure sanitization destroys odor-causing bacteria and removes food residue that attracts pests, keeping your bins fresh and less attractive to critters.

Why should I have my garbage bins cleaned professionally?

Accepted Answer

Garbage bins can quickly amass a foul odor. Our patent-pending high pressure system cleans your bins, killing 99% of the bacteria and germs that are inside. Keeping them sanitized and deodorized also helps to eliminate pest problems.

For most clients we recommend getting your garbage, recycle and yard bins cleaned on a quarterly basis, but more often when needed.

Yes, all bins need to be empty in order for us to properly clean them.

Do I need to keep my payment information on file?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're not going to be home, or if you choose to have your garbage bins cleaned in our regular rotation, we need a payment method on file. Otherwise, we accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash, either before cleaning or in person.

Currently we have regular routes in Wilsonville. We'll be expanding to additional areas soon. If you're outside of Wilsonville, give us a call!

Please have your bins empty and out one hour before your appointment, or by 9 am the day of your appointment if you won't be home. Place your bins where you normally do on your trash day.
